Also in the cottage are a kitchen with dining area and sitting area with tri-fold patio doors and a utility room. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a private lawned garden with furniture. Situated close to the fishing harbour of Brixham, White Steps is a lovely family holiday cottage all year round. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. 1 Cot & 1 highchair provided. Off road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pubs and harbour 2 miles. Note: There are 15 steps from the driveway down to the front entrance door. Note: The garden is very steep and may not be suitable for the less mobile.
